MEADOWS OF AURORA SENIORS HOUSING - PHASE 2
New construction of two six-storey residential buildings connected by a three-storey podium. It has one level of underground parking and 20,000 square feet of nursing and specialty care for patients. There are 210 units in each of the two buildings.
RIDGEHILL FORD DEALERSHIP
Conversion of an existing retail warehouse into a new Ford Dealership. Includes for complete interior renovations for retail, shop and office area. Building exterior will have 10 new overhead doors and complete new frontage.
PAST PROJECTS
OASIS MEXICO
This high-end vacation resort in Mexico features a live 30 foot tree in the center of the lobby. Completed in 2013, the luxury condo is 3-storeys, 24 units and contains pools and amenities. This project was delivered on-time despite several site complications.

Two six-storey luxury condominiums with extensive landscaping and one level of underground parking for seniors.
GEORGIAN COLLEGE AUTOMOTIVE
Complete renovation of existing Automotive Lobby to a contemporary design with upgraded finishes and upgraded integration with existing I.T. systems
This project had high end details and finishes which had to be properly created and protected.
TIFFIN PIER
Construction of 12,570 square meter, 12 storey, 90 unit luxury condominium. It contains above/underground parking, extensive landscaping, terrace deck, swimming pool, gym facilities and amenity space.
The building is a full reinforced concrete structure with aluminum curtain wall and windows, precast exterior veneer and three ground floor retail/commercial suites.
INNOVATIVE FOOD BRANDS HEAD OFFICE
This project consisted of the renovation of an existing warehouse and replacement of the entire façade to create a new head office for Innovative Food Brands
We were the Project Managers and spearheaded the entire project.
